Beautiful and Sunny Winters Wedding Photography

I was so thrilled when Zoe and Reece asked me to be their wedding photographer. Not only because both of them seamed to be the ideal bride and groom for me, don’t like to be overly posed and wanted most of their day to be documented without interfering too much but I finally had the chance to photograph a wedding at the stunning West Tower.

West Tower Exclusive Wedding Venue is located in Ormskirk on the boarders of Lancashire and Merseyside. With stunning ground, breathtaking views and beautiful functional rooms it is the ideal location for any small intimate weddings as well as lavish sizeable weddings. 

Zoe, Reece and I met roughly 18 month prior to their wedding day, within that time we got to know each other a little better with a relaxed engagement shoot in Delemere forest. With the small amount of nerves the pair had regarding their photography was quick squashed before the wedding day after an afternoon with me and my cameras!

Sunshine and Smiles

Bridal prep started for Zoe and her girls at home, with Make up by Alex Haake and Hair by Rebecca Lauren underway the girls excitement was starting to show. With the two overly cute flower girls keeping their mums busy it was soon time to jump in their wedding cars and make the short trip to West Tower.

When I arrived at West Tower, Reece was meeting family and friends and hiding those pre ceremony nerves quite well. A few moments later the girls arrived in style, with bridesmaids and flower girls driven in one of Curchtown Wedding Cars Fantastic Imperial Landaulettes. Zoe and stepdad Gary closely following in the head turning Beauford. 

Their ceremony was incredible. Reece waited patiently with his best man for Zoe to enter the room, and when she did precisely on time I should add it was a moment Im sure Reece and everyone else in the room will remember forever.

After the wonderful ceremony Zoe, Reece and their guests were lead outside for a few snaps, a confetti shot to rival anyone a glass of bubbles to celebrate the newly weds. Myself and the newly weds then had a moment alone to take full advantage of West Towers stunning grounds. With a breath taking view of the rolling countryside and sunny skies that photographers like me get excited about I was so thrilled for the happy couple.

Drinks, Dancing and Celebrations

The night time celebrations were really enjoyable with evening guests arriving and congratulating the bride and her groom on their marriage. When it was time for Zoe and Reece to cut their wedding cake and share the dance floor together for their first dance and MR and Mrs West Tower was officially rocking! The wedding party went on into the evening with all their family enjoying the celebrations with great dance moves straight out of the 80’s…

I had a total blast guys! Thank you so much for trusting in me to not on nature your wedding day but also be such a big part in the build out too. I can wait to see your little family continue in the future and I wish you all the happiness in the world as husband and wife.
