Rustic and boho inspired wedding day for Nicola and Tristan at Meols Hall in Churchtown, Lancashire

FINALLY! Nicola and Tristan enjoy their long awaited wedding day at the exclusive wedding venue Meols Hall in Lancashire.

Meols Hall, Exclusive tythe barn wedding venue in Lancashire

Meols Hall is Southport’s oldest manor house, dating back to the 12th Century. Set in a hundred acres of private parkland, adjoining the picturesque village of Churchtown, this is one of the first settlements in the North West, as dreamy now as it was then. After all these years it remains one of the most romantic venues in England.

The Tithe Barn, on the edge of the park, provides a strikingly beautiful setting in the North West for special events, including weddings, christenings, birthday parties, company get-togethers, product launches or award ceremonies.

It’s also a superb stately home venue for team building away days. The glorious grounds are perfect for a host of challenging outdoor activities, impeccably organised by our staff.  Meols Hall is now as always, an escape from the everyday.

Meols Hall

Our Bride and Groom, Nicola and Tristan

I absolutely loved capturing Nicola and Tristan’s wedding day. The happy couple celebrated at the exclusive tythe barn wedding venue Meols Hall in Curchtown, Lancashire. I was ecstatic to photograph my first wedding at Meols Hall, it is a superb venue for any style of wedding and with the unbelievably unique grounds attached, it makes the perfect wedding location. I was so excited to finally capture a wedding here and I’m already looking forward to more wedding photography here in the future.

This memorable day started with Nicola and her bridal party getting ready for the big day with hair and makeup. A beautiful moment with Dad and the girls followed as Nicola began to get ready for her ceremony a short drive away. Tristan and his groomsmen followed shortly after to Meols Hall where they anticipated our beautiful brides arrival before greeting their guests to this stunning wedding venue.

Nicola was delighted, that finally, she could walk down the aisle to marry her soulmate Tristan. The wedding ceremony which was celebrated inside the beautiful tythe barn at Meols Hall was absolutely stunning, the photographs I took definitely have an emotion and heartfelt vibe to them which was exactly what the happy couple had hoped for. It is truly an amazing job working as a wedding photographer here in Lancashire and capturing moments that our brides and grooms can cherish forever.

Nicola and Tristan interacted freely with their guests after the wedding ceremony at Meols Hall in the coach house. Drinks flowed and laughs were shared as all involved enjoyed this relaxed wedding day, the surroundings were wonderful and fun for all. I was always on the lookout to catch numerous candid moments on camera and with the perfect weather we were blessed with along with the perfect backdrop of the coach house, tythe barn and its spacious ground at Meols Hall, this gave me a flawless canvas to snap those special moments for the newly weds and the family.

Lancashire Wedding Photography, Meols Hall

One of my numerous favourite moments of Nicola and Tristan’s wedding day was when I was capturing relaxed portraits of our bride and groom around the beautiful grounds of Meols Hall during their wedding day portraits. I tend to keep my couples portraits as natural and relaxed as possible, more focus on allowing our bride and her groom to spend some time alone on their wedding day. So a short time for them to spend together was perfect. We had a little moment where the newly weds could chat about their morning before returning to their guests and enjoying the rest of the day.

All the guests were keen not to miss the beautiful food provided by the staff at Meols Hall. The amazing atmosphere that the tythe barn provided was a perfect setting for the wedding breakfast. The whole process was more of an experience for everyone involved than anything else, simply perfection! Follow that by a handful of fantastic speeches by a number of the wedding party and the whole afternoon was simply faultless! The night ended with guests watching on as Nicola and Tristan enjoyed their first dance together and evening hog roast.

Nicola and Tristan’s wedding was absolutely stunning and I’m very honoured they asked me to be their wedding photographer. Congratulations again from myself and Joanna and we wish you both all the happiness and success in the world as husband and wife.

Lastly, a huge thank you to Julie, Sue and the whole team from Meols Hall. You made myself, our bride and groom and their guest’s very welcome at your wonderful wedding venue and allowed us to enjoy the day to the fullest. I can’t wait to return again soon.

Enjoy!

Adam Joe.
