Wonderful city centre wedding day for Becky and James at Liverpool Town Hall and The Racquet Club, Liverpool

A stunning city centre wedding for Becky and James at Liverpool Town Hall and The Racquet Club

Becky and James’ Liverpool City Centre Wedding

What a brilliant day celebrating Becky and James’ wedding right in the heart of Liverpool.

Their day began at the magnificent Liverpool Town Hall, where they exchanged their vows surrounded by family and friends. It’s always a fantastic place to photograph a ceremony, with so much character both inside the building and around the surrounding streets.

Seeing Becky make her way down the aisle towards James was a lovely moment to capture, and after making things official, everyone headed across the city to continue the celebrations at The Racquet Club near Liverpool’s waterfront.

Liverpool City Centre Wedding Photography

Before leaving the Town Hall, we spent a little time with Becky and James capturing some relaxed portraits around the city centre.

Liverpool provides such a great backdrop for wedding photography, and you never need to venture too far to find something interesting. We kept their portraits natural, making use of the architecture around the Town Hall before allowing them to get back to their guests and enjoy the rest of the afternoon.

At The Racquet Club, everyone settled in for afternoon tea and drinks. The relaxed reception suited Becky and James perfectly and gave me plenty of opportunities to capture candid moments while everyone enjoyed themselves.

With the venue being so close to Liverpool’s waterfront, we were also in a great position to make the most of the surrounding area for a few more photographs later in the day.

As the afternoon turned into evening, the celebrations continued with everyone ready to party and enjoy the rest of Becky and James’ wedding together.

It was an absolute pleasure to photograph such a lovely Liverpool wedding. Becky and James, thank you for trusting me to capture your day and for making me feel so welcome throughout.

Congratulations again to you both.

Enjoy your sneak peek!
