Liverpool City Centre Wedding For Kirsty and Greg at the stunning Oh Me Oh My

Kirtsy and Greg celebrate their wedding day at Liverpool City Centres wonderful venue Oh Me Oh My

Kirsty and Greg’s Liverpool City Centre Wedding

Kirsty and Greg’s wedding was a brilliant day spent right in the heart of Liverpool. With their ceremony at the beautiful Liverpool Town Hall followed by celebrations at Oh Me Oh My, we had some of the city’s most recognisable surroundings to work with throughout the day.

The celebrations began at Liverpool Town Hall, an incredible building and a wonderful setting for a city centre wedding ceremony. Kirsty and Greg said their vows surrounded by their closest family and friends, with plenty of emotion as Kirsty made her way down the aisle.

After making things official, everyone headed across Liverpool City Centre to continue the celebrations at Oh Me Oh My.

The relaxed atmosphere of the venue suited their day perfectly. Guests enjoyed drinks together while I concentrated on capturing everything naturally, documenting conversations and all those little moments happening around us.

Liverpool City Centre Wedding Photography

One of my favourite parts of Kirsty and Greg’s wedding was taking some time away from the celebrations and heading into Liverpool for their couple photographs.

Liverpool City Centre is fantastic for wedding photography because there is so much variety within a relatively small area. Rather than relying on one particular location, we could walk together and make use of the city itself as our backdrop.

The Exchange Flags area gave us a particularly impressive setting for their Confetti and Family group photos. Surrounded by some of Liverpool’s beautiful architecture, Kirsty and Greg could simply enjoy a little time together while we created photographs that felt natural rather than overly posed.

That’s one of the things I love about photographing city centre weddings. The people, buildings and energy of Liverpool all become part of the photographs, giving every wedding its own character.

Oh Me Oh My Wedding Photography

Oh Me Oh My is such a distinctive Liverpool wedding venue. Located in the heart of the city, it has a wonderful atmosphere inside, while the rooftop terrace provides fantastic views across Liverpool.

We were especially lucky with the weather for Kirsty and Greg’s wedding. With no rain to worry about, everyone was able to make the most of the rooftop and enjoy being outside during the celebrations.

The reception itself had a fantastic atmosphere, with everyone clearly ready to celebrate with Kirsty and Greg well into the night.

A huge thank you to the team at Oh Me Oh My for looking after the couple and their guests so well. Everything flowed smoothly throughout the day, allowing Kirsty and Greg to concentrate on enjoying their wedding.

Most importantly, thank you to Kirsty and Greg for trusting me to capture such an important occasion. It was an absolute pleasure to photograph your Liverpool wedding and spend the day with you, your family and friends.
